Q1: When is the latest I can drop off my gear in the evening?
We operate until 6:00 PM daily, with our team stationed at all base areas. During peak season and holidays, we extend our hours to 7:00 PM. We recommend dropping your gear off within 30 minutes of your last run to ensure the smoothest service.

Q2: How early can I pick up my equipment in the morning?
We're ready with your equipment 45 minutes before the first lift runs. During peak season, this means we're typically available from 7:45 AM. Your gear will be warm, dry, and ready to go when you arrive.

Q3: What happens if I lose my claim ticket?
Don't worry! We take photos of all equipment and record your name, phone number, and ID at drop-off. Simply show us your ID at pickup, and after verifying your information in our system, we'll release your equipment. We recommend taking a photo of your claim ticket as backup.

Q4: Is my equipment insured while in your care?
Yes, all equipment is fully insured while in our possession. We carry comprehensive insurance that covers theft, damage, or loss up to $5,000 per customer. We also utilize a state-of-the-art security system in our storage facility.

Q5: Can I switch mountains mid-week?
Yes! We offer inter-mountain transfers for a small additional fee. Just let us know at drop-off which mountain you plan to ski the next day, and we'll have your equipment ready at that location. We require notice by 8:00 PM for next-day transfers.

Q6: What's the difference between basic boot drying and premium boot drying?
Basic boot drying (included free) uses overnight air drying in our climate-controlled facility. Premium boot drying ($10/night) uses individual forced-air dryers and warming systems to ensure your boots are completely dry and heated to your preferred temperature for morning pickup on those chilly days!
